The loan agent assumed figures without saying so, lost the loan amount when an answer was corrected, took a home loan being repaid as finished, and showed one lender.
fixed 2.22.0: each loan is its own short flow that keeps every answer through "Change my answers", counts the EMI of every loan listed, asks what it does not know, and lists every lender whose published rules are met (22 for a ₹50 lakh home loan). Rohit's journey now changes his loan amount and checks nothing else is lost.

Home asked loan, insurance or card, then the next screen asked the same again.

Forms opened with sample figures, some calculators worked out an answer on them, and a few filled a missing field with a guess (the GST check took January for a missing month).
fixed 2.22.0: every form starts empty; a required field left empty is named instead of guessed; the live checks wait for their figures.
Found by Across the legal, tax and calculator tools

Found by Vikram and Suresh (found while writing their journeys)
Home insurance asked the built-up area and city and used neither; the plan builder asked a question again when it was left blank, taking two people past its six questions.

Found by Deepak (home cover), Ramesh and Suresh (the plan)

Answers are in English for people who chose Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu or Marathi. In 24 of 51 steps, most of the answer was English.
fixed 2.21.0: answers are translated on the server from a reviewed catalogue of 2,874 entries, and the older panels from 1,641 phrases, into Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali and Telugu. Nothing is machine-translated when someone asks. Drafted documents, names, addresses and legal citations stay as written. The test now fails any step with two or more English sentences in its answer; this run found none in the 51 steps taken in those languages.

The agent asked 8 to 10 questions of five personas, and asked Kamala (68, widowed) whether her parents depend on her.
fixed 2.20.0: a loan's type and amount, card spending, and a vehicle's engine and year are asked on that option's own card, and only once the person picks it. fixed 2.21.0: each corrected.
